We were given a two hour time period from 3 until 5 on the Friday before our music video shoot in which to build our set. Luckily only our performance element required a set as our narrative element took place off campus. What we did was set up a lighting rig and hang fluorescent strips and follow spots off of it in order to give our band the backlit look that we had been aiming for.

These are some photos of the afternoon in which we can see the rig being set up and the lights hung off of them.

We also laid out any instruments or performance tolls such as microphones drum kits and amps so that we could get an idea of the spacing that the band members were going to have and finalise what it was going to look like on the day.
